Refund & Return Policy

BovineMedia operates as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of cattle genetics, including semen, embryos, livestock, and related products. BovineMedia is not the owner, breeder, storage facility, shipper, or transporter of the products offered for sale unless expressly stated otherwise.
General Policy
Due to the nature of cattle genetics and biological products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed to by the Buyer and Seller.
Returns
Any return of purchased products must be arranged directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
BovineMedia does not authorize, process, approve, or deny returns and is not responsible for return shipping, replacement products, or related costs.
Refunds
Any refund request related to product quality, breeding performance, shipping, product condition, registration, pedigree, warranties, guarantees, or customer satisfaction must be resolved directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
BovineMedia is not responsible for issuing refunds based on disputes between Buyers and Sellers.
When BovineMedia May Issue a Refund
BovineMedia may issue a refund only under the following circumstances:

A duplicate payment was processed.

A payment processing error occurred.

The listed inventory was unavailable due to an inventory allocation error.

The transaction could not be completed before release authorization was issued.
If one of these situations occurs, BovineMedia will refund the original payment method.
Release Authorization
Once payment has been successfully processed, BovineMedia issues a release authorization to the designated storage facility.
After release authorization has been issued, BovineMedia's responsibilities for the transaction are complete.
Any request for a refund, exchange, replacement, warranty claim, breeding guarantee claim, or other post-sale resolution must be handled directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
Shipping
The Buyer is responsible for coordinating shipment directly with the Seller and/or the designated storage facility.
BovineMedia does not:

Arrange shipping.

Package products.
-
Transport products.
-
Select shipping carriers.

Take possession of purchased products.
Shipping delays, damage during transit, carrier issues, transfer fees, storage fees, and transportation costs are not grounds for a refund from BovineMedia.
Seller Policies
Individual Sellers may offer their own warranties, breeding guarantees, replacement policies, or refund policies.
Those policies are solely between the Seller and the Buyer and do not create any obligation for BovineMedia.
